Used- Seidenader Model LI-30LR Automatic Freeze Dry Powder Vial Inspection System. Has Allen Bradley SLC 500 PLC controls with AB 5/40. Has AB CVIM2 Machine Vision Camera.System consisting of: (1) Seidenader automatic inspection machine, model LI-30-LR. Designed for freeze dried products in vials. Was originally set up to inspect vials of 18mm, 22.5mm and 30mm diameters at speeds from 2200 to 300 vials per minute.System is complete with an automatic infeed table with a starwheel infeed. The first station is equipped with (3) cameras for cap, crimping, colorneck and shoulder area inspection. Starwheel two takes the vials through (5) camera stations for inspection of heel, bottom, top of the cake (freeze dried product) side wall of containers, starwheel (3) is equipped with one camera and a line light for illumination and the shoulder area is inspected, starwheel (4) rejects the vials via vacuum cups and loaded onto a tray, starwheel (5) for warnings and starwheel (6) for good product discharg
